How long does the process take?
That depends on the buyer and the seller.   The timeline for selling a business can vary depending on factors like the availability of the seller’s financial documents, the complexity of the deal and the due diligence required, the asking price and buyers’ access to capital. There is no average, we have seen the process go from start to close in weeks,  many times it takes a few months and occasionally a complex deal may take a year. However long it takes, we’ll work diligently to ensure a smooth and timely transaction while keeping you informed every step of the way.
