This is a business model built on low cost, high margin facilities that operate extremely efficiently. They understand the tremendously high price of surgical equipment is often cost prohibitive in a smaller clinic, so these facilities are built without that extortionate expense. This allows them to offer almost all the other features that a full service vet hospital can offer except for the surgeries. They have a smaller footprint, usually located in high-volume shopping centers and they are easier to run with less staff. Typically one doctor and two assistants is all you need however most sites have the room to accommodate 2 doctors and staff.

Most locations are up, running, staffed and fully functional turn-key practices, some locations are built but just need a doctor to open, and a few locations are still under construction but will be finished soon.
