The 80 year old owner wants to sell to a younger, energetic entrepreneur who has the financial resources to take this company back to its glory days when they consistently produced 50 to 100 boats a year and made over $10M. Now because of his age and health, they have scaled down. Everything is custom and they only do one or two high-profit margin boats a year as they are ordered.

To scale this business back up you will need facilities and some equipment. Facilities needed include a minimum of 6,000 sq ft warehouse for your workshop, 14,000 sf of storage space for your hull molds and at least a ½ acre yard to store boats, but more is preferable. You will also need lifts, hoist and an air compressor.

The business is a real bargain at this asking price because it includes over $1.4M worth of hull molds and an extensive list of vendors and resources a new owner will need.
